Now Crowe LLP, Briggs & Veselka Co., Houston’s largest independent accounting firm, expanded both geographically and in its service offerings acquiring William C. Love CPAs, a leading local tax, and forensic accounting firm and later merged with Pathway Forensics, a nationally recognized digital forensics firm.

Helping companies prepare for business valuation and optimizing brand to enhance attractiveness and ultimately value has become a specialty of Left Right Studio (partnering with MICA Ventures). Crowe, BDO, GE Energy, S&P Global, and Halliburton are just some of the corporations which have acquired middle-market companies which LRS has helped brand for valuation.

Left Right Studio developed and maintained sites Briggs & Veselka (now Crowe LLP). Sites included main corporate site and several sites for acquired and merged servicelines.

Briggs & Veselka merged with Pathway Forensics, a nationally recognized digital forensics firm specializing in cybersecurity, computer forensics, and eDiscovery processing — together they are now Crowe LLP.
